Recipes, suggested substitutions, cooking times, temperatures, and step-by-step instructions are generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your equipment, ingredients, or skill level. You are responsible for using safe food-handling and cooking practices, including cooking meats, poultry, seafood, and eggs to safe internal temperatures.

Visual food and receipt recognition may misidentify products, quantities, or expiration dates. Always confirm what an item actually is, read the product label, and check use-by or best-before dates before eating or serving.

Essen Plan may miss or misclassify allergens (such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, shellfish, or sesame) and dietary attributes (such as vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, or gluten-free). If you or anyone you cook for has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary restriction, you must verify every ingredient against the actual product packaging and consult a qualified professional as needed. Do not rely on Essen Plan alone to keep an allergic person safe.

Calorie and macronutrient values shown in Essen Plan are estimates generated by AI and can vary significantly from the actual food you prepare. Do not use them for medical decisions, clinical nutrition, or managing conditions such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or eating disorders without professional guidance.

• Provide accurate information about your household, preferences, and restrictions.
• Verify ingredients, allergens, and cooking temperatures before serving food.
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial cooking use.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essen Plan, its owner Bucket Headz LLC, its publishers and its operators are not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from your use of recipes, ingredient identifications, nutrition estimates, or other content produced by the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
