Delete your Essen Plan account
You can delete your Essen Plan account yourself, in the app or on the website:
- Sign in to Essen Plan.
- Open Account from the menu.
- Choose "Delete my account", then confirm with "Yes, delete forever".
This removes your account and the family, pantry, history and saved-recipe data in it, and cancels any paid plan. A one-way scrambled code made from your email address is kept so the free plan can't be claimed over and over; the Privacy Policy explains this and the other few things we keep.
If you can't sign in, email hello@essenplan.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
AI features
Scanning, meal planning and pantry translation send data to Google Gemini only if you agree. You can turn them off any time on the Account page.
